Resumen

A family is sitting down for breakfast. The family pours out their juice and cereal, but the sugar, salt and saturated fat content comes out instead. The narrator says that everyone should know what they're eating but clear information about food isn't made available. The mother hears a news report on television about obesity rates and related diseases. She replaces all the breakfast items with healthier alternatives. The narrator says that we have the right to know what's in our food with full information on labels.

Voiceover: Do we know what we’re eating? Important information about unhealthy foods doesn’t always get to us, and this can lead to wrong choices.
Journalist: One in two Jamaicans is overweight or obese. Obesity increases the risk of heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, 13 types of cancer and even death.
