VO: Advertisement, promotion or sponsorship of any kind of any kind of tobacco product in any way is completely prohibited. The penalty is BDT 100,000 fine or 3 months of imprisonment or both. The penalty for selling tobacco to or by someone under the age of 18 is BDT 5,000 fine. Repetition of the offense will cause double penalty each time. The authorized office or executive magistrate shall execute all such punishments.
